  • Supply Chain Planning and Optimization: Actively participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meetings to review demand, align with manufacturing capacity, and analyze resulting financials.
  • Demand Consolidation: Consolidate demand across regions for commercial and clinical operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Formulate hypotheses, analyze data to spot trends and patterns, and recommend potential improvements in supply chain processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports on supply chain performance.

  • Support and Collaboration: Support additional projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's/Master's Degree and 1+ years of operations or supply chain experience.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in one or more of the following: operations, supply chain planning, demand management, and end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex problems using multiple sources of information. Skilled with Microsoft Excel.
