Position Overview

Role Summary:

The MRI Imaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Magnetic Resonance Imaging department, ensuring high-quality imaging services are delivered to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the acquisition of high-quality MRI images while adhering to safety protocols for patients and staff.
  • Conduct necessary computer operations efficiently.
  • Provide professional and courteous patient care throughout the imaging process.
  • Prepare MRI equipment and perform essential quality control tests.
  • Assist radiology personnel during MRI procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Review imaging exams for technical precision and confirm anatomical orientation.
  • Support the MRI team by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication protocols and quality assurance measures.
  • Guide, orient, and train MRI staff to enhance departmental performance.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in MRI technology.

Certifications:

  • Must hold relevant certifications such as ARMRIT, ARRT-BD, ARRT-BS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-M, ARRT-MR, ARRT-N, ARRT-R, ARRT-S, ARRT-VI, CNMT, RDMS-AB, RDMS-BR, RDMS-FE, RDMS-OB, RDMS-PS, RVT, or equivalent.

Compensation: $33-48/hour
