Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor

Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to join our team. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation for preschool-aged children within our ABA program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns, utilizing principles of behavior analysis.
  • Provide work direction to direct care staff in the ABA program.
  • Provide clinical supervision to individuals pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA and RBT certifications.

Requirements:

  • MA/MS degree conferred in behavior analysis or a field approved by the BACB.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
