Physical Therapy Assistant

At Inner Circle Physical Therapy & Myofascial Release Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Implement a plan of treatment for each patient based on initial and ongoing evaluations, collaborating with other staff members and required patient and caregiver involvement.
- Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures.
- Treat patients with manual therapy, mobility, and strength training at their current level of function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable.
- Keep track of patient progress and report progress to patient, caregivers and loved ones, as well as facility staff and healthcare providers as needed.
- Assist staff members to provide a safe, clean, effective environment.
- Degree required. New graduates are welcome, but must have interest in manual course work, or willingness to learn and practice in MFR (Myofascial Release).
- Current or acquiring Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant license for state of operation.
- Ability to work with patients aged 10 years and up.
- Ability to work with 2 patients per hour.
- Can commit to a flexible work schedule of 4 days and 3 evenings (no weekends and off Friday at 2).
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move patients and equipment as necessary.
- Manual dexterity to operate therapy equipment.
