About the Role

The Electrician will work on modular buildings both in the yard (Littleton) and onsite as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, connect, and repair electrical systems and components, such as wiring, outlets, appliances, circuit breakers, and other various systems.
  • Inspect wiring and electrical systems to ensure safety and diagnose issues.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety requirements.
  • Fitting supply lines for generator.
  • Rough electrical.
  • Finish electrical.
  • Swapping out Bard HVAC units.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Class B License.
  • 5+ years of experience as an electrician.
  • Solid working knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Familiarity with frame carpentry a plus.
