Job Title: Senior Analyst, HR Analytics and Systems

Crum & Forster is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our HR team. As a key member of our HR analytics and systems team, you will be responsible for creating HR reports and analytics, supporting the administration of HR processes, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Workday and other HR-related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and analyze HR data to identify trends and implement optimization to support strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Prepare C&F required reporting needs, including quarterly and annual reporting, such as EEO-1, CA Pay reports, Fairfax reports, and quarterly trends reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, Excel/Access, or other tools.
  • Perform ongoing data audit and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness, troubleshoot irregularities, and recommend processes for future improvements.
  • Administer ongoing stock processes on grants, vests, forfeiture, distribute communications, and promptly maintain records to the corresponding systems.
  • Prepare ongoing and annual stock activity reporting, perform record validation to ensure accuracy across multiple platforms, and recommend best practices for process improvements.
  • Monitor HRIS mailbox on business requests, maintain Workday updates, distribute Workday tasks/documents on activities such as Employee Handbook acknowledgement, legal documents, etc.
  • Provide reporting and system support on other HR systems, including iCims, SendWordNow, Culture Amp, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Information Systems or Business Analytics & Information Systems.
  • 2+ years of Work experience with Workday in a HRIS or Reporting Role preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Learning agility and flexibility to shift focus based on current priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills (nested if statements, experience building Excel templates) required, knowledge of Access, Tableau preferred.
