Job Summary:

Cath Lab Technologists play a vital role in assisting doctors during invasive cardiovascular procedures. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors during invasive cardiovascular procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and obtaining informed consent.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including catheters, guidewires, and imaging devices.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, including adhering to infection control protocols and disposing of biohazardous waste.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
