Job Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in our long-term care setting, you will:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients following established policies and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
  • Ensure resident safety by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions.
  • Assess and facilitate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Must possess a diploma from an accredited nursing school or hold required professional licensure at the time of hire.
