Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care and interventions as needed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current Washington State RN licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Ability to perform the primary functions of a Registered Nurse, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Healthcare Provider (HCP) Level of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in a Trauma Level III setting.
- Advanced certifications, such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
