We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Sandy, Oregon. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience. The ideal candidate will have a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license and an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with school-based teams.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Implement strategies to enhance students' participation and success in the academic environment.
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the overall well-being of students.
Qualifications
  • Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices and special education regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
