Job Summary

The Server position at Legends is a dynamic role that requires exceptional guest service skills while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction and provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds their expectations.
  • Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium to provide guests with a comprehensive experience.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English language to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
  • Must have two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant environment.
