Join Our Team as a Shift Lead at Five Guys

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Five Guys. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise to our restaurant teams, ensuring that our high standards are maintained and our customers receive an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and set the standard for our restaurant teams
  • Teach and train crew members on our high standards and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
