Role Summary

As a Server at Villa Restaurant Group, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Engagement: Welcome guests with warmth, present menus, and efficiently take orders while offering insightful recommendations and addressing any inquiries regarding menu items.
  • Order Management: Accurately relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared according to guest preferences. Confirm orders prior to serving.
  • Food Presentation: Serve dishes with attention to presentation, adhering to established standards of quality and portion control.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Payment Processing: Manage cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision, ensuring accurate processing of payments.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring all dining supplies are replenished.
  • Guest Support: Address guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally, striving to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications:
