About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and consistently execute store operations with precision. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment
  • Replenish the sales floor as needed based on sell-through and seasonal changes to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment
  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to create a positive and personalized shopping experience
  • Execute all product protection standards to ensure the integrity and security of our merchandise
  • Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools, and resources as directed by store leadership
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • No retail experience required, but a flexible and adaptable attitude is essential
  • Must be 16 years of age or older and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
