We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Leader to join our team at Water You Wading For. As an Aquatics Leader, you will be responsible for leading and training our swim teachers, utilizing our child-centered procedures and methods.

• Lead and train swim teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and a safe learning environment.
• Develop and implement aquatic programs that meet the needs of our community.
• Collaborate with the General Manager or Owner to ensure effective staff management and pool operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with staff and families in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aquatic education and management.

• 2+ years of experience in aquatic education or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and weekend shifts.
