Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Hidden Villa Ranch is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of accessibility, optimization, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement backup and redundancy strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new software and hardware.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis, with at least 4-7 years of experience as an IT systems professional. Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Windows Server 2022 and below, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange 2019 and below is required. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of server maintenance, release management, and change control processes, virtualization and containerization (ESXi, ProxMox), and systems availability, backup, and disaster recovery disciplines is also necessary.
