Compensation and Benefits

Our Stylists and Cosmetologists in this market are making an average of $33.50-66.00/hour, with four ways to make money: guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, industry-leading retail incentives (up to 30% of retail sales), and tips. You'll also receive bonus payments twice a year, based on sales performance, plus bada$$ benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Your Role

Cosmetologist/Stylist Responsibilities:

  • Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop.
  • Emphasize our unique services like hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages to enhance client experiences.
  • Be an ambassador of inclusivity, ensuring every client feels welcome and valued.
  • Engage in ongoing free education to maintain your craft.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have an active Cosmetology License in the state performing services.
  • Demonstrate passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Show pride in your work and results.
  • Exhibit reliability, timeliness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Be able to stand for sustained periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
