Physiotherapy Clinic Lead

In this role, you will oversee the treatment of patients, manage clinic staff, and ensure seamless delivery of services. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, reflecting your value as a seasoned professional. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 22 days of PTO, and a generous continuing education allowance.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and hold current professional licensure as a physical therapist. Prior experience in leadership or management roles is essential, as is your ability to inspire and motivate team members.
