We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at SunCrest Companion Services of Smithville. As a Pediatric Private Duty LPN, you will provide high-quality clinical services to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient health information and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
