Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Assembler/Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial in ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our assembly operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing processes and equipment to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a dynamic assembly environment.
- Achieve proficiency in multiple areas of assembly operations over time.
Areas of Focus:
- Unit Builder: Construct units consistently within established specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Accessory Builder: Assemble accessory products while adhering to quality standards and production rates.
- Quality Control Tester/Packer: Inspect and test units, ensuring compliance with product specifications.
- Sub Assembler/Operator: Operate machinery to produce subassembly components, maintaining quality and efficiency.
Additional Duties:
- Support continuous operations and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
