About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Specialist to join our team at Horizon Ventures.

As a Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with them and your colleagues to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and provide care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation of resident care and progress.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with relatives, doctors, and colleagues.
  • Lead and train assistants, trainees, and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and strategies to enhance resident experiences.
