About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in month-end close processes, including tasks such as preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand and monitor monthly activity for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Assist with quarterly presentations to lenders and investor reporting.
  • Support technical accounting research and analysis, guiding team members on accounting matters and process improvements.
  • Serve as a key contact during the annual audit process with external auditors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred).
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience as a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting principles (US GAAP).
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI is a plus but not required.
