Overview

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.50 and is located at a convenient location. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may be asked to travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

The Lot Driver will be responsible for transporting fleet vehicles and, in some cases, customers, employees, or vendors safely and efficiently to their destinations. This will involve driving locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road, and navigating written directions.

  • Drive and deliver vehicles to and from rental locations
  • Organize vehicles on the lot and in the production line
  • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
  • Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
  • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
  • May be asked to clean vehicles
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
