We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Renal Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers on nutrition and diet.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
• Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
• Experience working in a dialysis setting is preferred.
