Key Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle, you will be responsible for ensuring food quality by cooking and preparing food to order and following kitchen procedures. You will also monitor food waste and inventory levels, and resolve food quality issues. Additionally, you will support a strong team dynamic between the back-of-house Crew and the front-of-house Crew, and ensure the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized. Furthermore, you will monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is kept in good repair.

Requirements:
