- Plan and Implement Process Improvements: Plan and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Cross-Training and Backup Support: Cross-train with group team members to provide backup support and ensure continuity of operations.
- Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Risk Reporting Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, financial reporting, or risk reporting, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Accounting Degree or Higher: A BS/BA degree or higher in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field.
- AFS/HTM and Non-Marketable Investments Experience: Experience with AFS/HTM and non-marketable investments, including accounting and reporting.
- Data Analytics Tools Experience: Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Python.
- Process Improvement and Communication Skills: Ability to identify and present process improvements and articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
