Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Inotiv, Inc. in Madison, WI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing preventative, on-demand, and improvement maintenance activities at our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform safe, timely, and cost-effective preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment in compliance with established quality management systems and health and safety programs.
  • Repair and replace equipment on-demand, recognizing the importance of safety in production.
  • Troubleshoot and repair process equipment functions safely and timely to ensure equipment availability.
  • Operate company motor vehicles between facilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in engineering (helpful but not required).
  • Millwright experience or industrial maintenance professional designation, including state-recognized trades such as Industrial Mechanic/Millwright or Master Electrician.
  • Three or more years of electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance work experience within a manufacturing work environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a successful motor vehicle record.
  • Developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
What We Offer
  • Competitive progressive wage scale.
  • $3,500 sign-on bonus.
  • $2.00 an hour shift differential in addition to base pay.
