Job Overview

This position is essential in guaranteeing that all wellness guests enjoy a remarkable experience by aiding in the sanitization, cleaning, and organization of treatment rooms and amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear all used linens, glassware, and waste from treatment areas, relaxation zones, and changing rooms.
  • Assist in emptying carts filled with soiled linens and refuse, ensuring proper disposal.
  • Deliver fresh linens and necessary supplies to changing areas and towel storage throughout the establishment.
  • Arrange lounge chairs and remove them as per schedule.
  • Maintain adequate linen inventory and notify the Spa Manager of any shortages.
  • Clean restrooms, sinks, showers, mirrors, and other facilities as required.
  • Wax and/or polish surfaces when necessary.
  • Utilize only cleaning agents that are mixed and provided by the Spa.
  • Complete all required documentation as instructed by the Spa Manager.
  • Report any issues or unusual occurrences to the Spa Desk/Spa Manager.
  • Assist in the Laundry Department when required.
  • Participate in all scheduled meetings as deemed necessary by management.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Spa Manager.
  • Arrive at work in a clean uniform with a nametag at the scheduled time.
  • Guide guests through the facility and be available for any assistance they may require.
Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements

This role requires the ability to quickly learn job responsibilities during a brief training period and to follow instructions effectively. Previous experience in cleaning and organizing is advantageous. Candidates must be in good health and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 40lbs for extended durations. A tidy appearance, friendly demeanor, and proficiency in understanding and speaking English are essential.
