Electronics Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team at The Heico Companies, a leading provider of innovative solutions. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for building and inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies used in our cutting-edge products.

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies per assigned work orders
• Execute assembly and completed product testing
• Conduct quality control inspections on finished goods
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Work with team to sustain satisfactory working conditions within production area and maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to all safety guidelines relating to the production and handling of materials
• Ensure production deadlines are met, maximizing performance to meet per piece turn times
• Reports issues or problems within production, contributing to solutions while maintaining quality standards

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Circuit board level and/or small gauge wire solder and assembly experience
• Ability to work within an environment emphasizing cross training and skill development
• Demonstrate ability to interpret build instructions, gauges and monitors
• Knowledge of function of hand tools and light assembly equipment
• Attention to detail and understanding of quality control process and procedures
• Works efficiently and manages time effectively
