Job Description: AtWork Personnel is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage our warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in logistics management and be able to lead a team of warehouse associates. As Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. You will also be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, implementing inventory management strategies, and optimizing workflows. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise and coordinate logistics activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement effective logistics procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and accountability.
  • Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment of products.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
