Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional QMAP/Caregiver to join our team at The Gallery at Broomfield. As a key member of our community, you will provide outstanding care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  2. Answer patient calls and determine the best course of action to assist them
  3. Ensure residents receive appropriate dietary accommodations by reviewing their restrictions, allergies, and preferences
  4. Administer medications and assist with treatments as prescribed by healthcare practitioners, following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP certified)
Requirements
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve our residents
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent care
  • Colorado QMAP certification is required
