Job Details

As a Repair Tech, you will play a pivotal role in serving homeowners by fulfilling daily home repair assignments related to our residential home owner customer base. You will be assigned one or two houses to work on each day, with a Lead Repair Technician designating specific tasks from the checklist for you to complete.

Duties:
  • Review home job packets and work order requests with the Lead Technician.
  • Assemble home materials and parts as directed by the Lead Technician.
  • Load vans with all items for the homes that will be serviced for that day.
  • Upon arrival at the first home, begin unloading the van and setting up tools and equipment.
  • Complete all necessary home repair checklist items.
  • Maintenance includes time on the roof, tall ladders, small crawl spaces, and attics.
  • Make notes throughout the maintenance visit of recommendations to the homeowner for repairs or additional maintenance issues.
  • Return all work areas to the condition of the home before the work began.
  • Complete a final walk-through of the home once the checklist is completed.
  • Complete the home report at the end of the day for both homes visited.
  • Participate in the execution of the 24x7 after-hours response system when assigned.
Certifications and Licenses:
  • 4 years minimum experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with high-end clientele.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to process work orders using industry-relevant software (preferably Asana).
  • Required to have a valid California driver's license. Ability to drive to job sites is essential.
