Job Title: Automotive Painter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare color tint to match paint color
• Mix paint colors and ensure all formulations meet OEM standards
• Apply paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish
• Remove masking and reassemble prior to returning the vehicle to the body technician

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

• Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and squatting
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
