Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, communicating effectively and providing support as needed.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and providing support as needed.
