Overview:
RHP Properties, a leading real estate investment firm, seeks an experienced Bayshore Department Assistant to join its team. As a key member of the Bayshore Department, you will assist the Director of Home Sales Administration and Titling in daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include updating the Bayshore Database, processing home sale check requests, loan applications, and other accounting paperwork associated with home closings. Additionally, you will work with lenders to obtain loan documents, schedule sales and rentals, provide closing documents with accuracy, and coach and train sales staff. Other duties include maintaining forecast reports, completing repossessions, and reviewing VIN verifications and property tax certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Home Sales Administration and Titling in daily operations
- Update the Bayshore Database
- Process home sale check requests and loan applications
- Work with lenders to obtain loan documents
- Schedule sales and rentals
- Provide closing documents with accuracy
- Coach and train sales staff
- Maintain forecast reports
- Complete repossessions
- Review VIN verifications and property tax certifications

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in property management. Manufactured housing or vehicle titling experience is preferred but not required. You must be able to communicate clearly, understand legal documents, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook. Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and follow-through skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, flexible spending, and 401K.
