We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to a pediatric patient in their own home in Greenville, IL.

About the Role

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a pediatric patient in a one-on-one setting, providing personalized care and attention. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the patient's physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
