We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide personalized care and support to patients and their families in their homes or residential facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living, emotional support, and physical assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, social workers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Competitive salary of $17.00 per hour.
