Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Cocktail Server to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while attending to their beverage needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify the legal drinking age of guests and utilize alcohol awareness training at all times.
  2. Serve beverages and food to guests on the gaming floor and in the lounge area.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including public areas.
  4. Promote high-quality guest relations and accommodate all reasonable requests.
  5. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior serving experience and experience with a POS system preferred.
  • Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License and Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
