Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our guests.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Executive Chef or equivalent position in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health codes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
