Our team has a proven track record of incubating and shipping groundbreaking products, such as Fall Detection, Crash Detection, Cardio Fitness, Walking Steadiness, Journal, and more. We're looking for a creative problem solver with a rare blend of product mindset, research operational expertise, and technical prowess to join our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing innovative studies and working with cross-functional teams to execute research initiatives
- Crunching data to uncover insights and developing analytics and KPIs to monitor study data
- Communicating findings with various stakeholders in our multidisciplinary team
- Owning the full lifecycle of high-impact research, including crafting protocols, selecting and managing vendors, and coordinating study timelines, budgets, and tooling
- Identifying novel research approaches and pivoting quickly based on the ever-changing environment
- Translating complex algorithm requirements into actionable data strategies
- Working cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, quality engineers, privacy, legal, and more to guide products from conception to launch
- Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing impactful human research studies to support product development of health, fitness, wellness, or safety features
- Experience in creating detailed operational roadmaps and ability to pivot and adjust along with the changing dynamics of research and development
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical algorithm designs, challenges, and risks
- Excellent programming skills with a scientific computing language (e.g., Matlab or Python)
- Fluent with data and passionate for turning data into actionable insights that drive product decisions
