Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sistersville Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.

About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). This includes ensuring that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients/residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
