Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' communication skills and develop effective treatment plans
- Administer and modify speech therapy treatments as needed
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Celebrate patient successes and provide support throughout their journey
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
