Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment, machinery, and electrical systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, including ammonia, Freon, and CO2 equipment
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical apparatus, motors, wiring, and electronic components
  • Inspect and test refrigeration systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards
  • Complete work orders and log all performed work in our computerized maintenance management system
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving
Requirements
  • 3 years of mechanical experience maintaining motorized lifts and equipment, warehouse, processing, and/or manufacturing equipment
  • 2 years of industrial refrigeration experience (ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2) or combination of experience and trade school
  • Basic electrical instrumentation experience and ability to read Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
