As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum for your toddler/preschool classroom, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, and developing meaningful relationships with your students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curriculum for your toddler/preschool classroom, aligning with the needs and interests of your students
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of your students
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with your students, their families, and your colleagues, through regular communication and collaboration
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, coaching, and mentoring, to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our program's curriculum, policies, and procedures, in collaboration with your colleagues and our leadership team

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience teaching infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers
  • Child Growth and Development Course - in progress or completed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to design and implement engaging and challenging curriculum, aligned with the needs and interests of your students
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
