Skating Server

Position Overview: Delivering food and beverages to customers in a friendly manner.

• Ensure that all food items meet the quality and presentation standards
• Serve products to customers with courtesy and efficiency
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly
• Communicate customer feedback to management
• Assist customers with their payments and provide accurate change
• Clear tables and dispose of waste in designated areas
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Additional Responsibilities:

• Report any employee-related issues to management
• Lift and stock food supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
• Complete required training for Skating Servers
• Perform duties while on roller skates as needed
• Other related tasks as assigned

Work Schedule Expectations: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry
• Fundamental math and reading abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions effectively
• Customer service orientation and multitasking skills

Work Environment: Continuous standing, moving, and bending in a fast-paced restaurant environment; exposure to varying temperatures
