Accounting Role at HRM Services

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to manage all corporate accounting functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all incoming invoices for payment
  • Collect open accounts receivable
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts
  • Maintain an efficient electronic/paper filing system
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks desktop experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
