Incentives for New Hires:
$5,000 for Full-Time Positions

Role Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the comprehensive nursing care planning and management of patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient care needs by building rapport with patients and their families.
- Create a supportive environment by offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual assistance to patients and their loved ones.
- Encourage patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care practices.
- Ensure high-quality care by adhering to established therapeutic standards and evaluating health outcomes against care goals.
- Address patient concerns through effective collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by following established protocols and seeking assistance when necessary.
- Safeguard patients and staff by complying with infection control policies and medication management regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in acute or post-acute inpatient care is required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
