  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience within a compliance-focused role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory authorities' policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience in auditing and recording information, with a strong attention to detail and analysis abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and regulatory authorities.
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing own workload, with strong delegation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
