A community healthcare network in New York is currently seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to join their team in the Suffolk County Region. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group counseling sessions with patients to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention. They will also work closely with an interdisciplinary team to connect patients to resources and services that can improve their overall health and well-being.

Qualifications:*
- Must be a Registered Dietitian accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and in good standing.
- Experience working with multicultural backgrounds and connections to local food resources preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
