Job Summary

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician and Gynecologist to lead our OB-GYN team in Oregon. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising medical staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

  • Provide medical direction and oversight to a team of obstetricians and gynecologists
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of medical staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensure and credentialing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in OB-GYN
  • Licensure in the state of Oregon
  • DEA registration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $250,000 - $300,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment
